Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and apply per order, not per item.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier capacity, and unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The courier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery address and product dimensions. We select the most reliable option for each delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the courier’s website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Risk During Transit
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Section 19), the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to accept delivery. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the matter at no cost to you.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order (e.g. no one available to receive the parcel):
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- You will be contacted by SMS or email to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- If all delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
30-Day Delivery Guarantee
In terms of the ECT Act (Section 46), if your order is not delivered within 30 days of payment (unless you have agreed to a longer delivery period), you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
