Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account to track your orders. Once you have reviewed your cart, choose your payment method and complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, instant EFT, and Ozow — all processed securely through PayFast. You can choose whichever method suits you best at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayFast, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and are never stored on our servers.
Can I order as a guest?
Yes, guest checkout is available. You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster next time.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of R280 for all orders. Orders over R2,600 qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all areas across South Africa. Whether you are in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, or a smaller town, we will get your order to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may return any item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For defective goods, we offer a 6-month warranty period during which items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund.
How do I return an item?
Email us at support@keovationdigital.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Who pays for return shipping?
For cooling-off returns (change of mind within 7 days), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. For defective or incorrect goods, we cover the cost of return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund.

Are your products genuine?
Yes, every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced through official distribution channels. We only carry authentic products from the brands we stock.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include the full manufacturer warranty as provided by the brand (Xiaomi, Gizzu, WINX, Cudy, PORT, or ORICO). Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer — details are included on the product page and in your order documentation.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on Keovation Digital Store include 15% VAT. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
Is the stock shown in real-time?
Yes, our inventory syncs automatically every 20 minutes. If a product is shown as in stock, it is available. In the rare event that an item sells out between syncs, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.

No, you can use our guest checkout to order without creating an account. That said, having an account gives you access to order tracking, order history, and a faster checkout experience.
